Responsibilities Business Development Develop relationships with pastors, executive pastors, worship leaders, technology directors, and church leadership teams Prospect and identify new church opportunities within your assigned territory Build strategic partnerships within the faith-based community Attend church conferences, ministry events, and networking opportunities Client Consultation Conduct church discovery meetings and site visits Assess existing Audio, Video, and Lighting systems Identify opportunities for upgrades and improvements Present solutions that align with the church's vision, needs, and budget Coordinate with engineering and installation teams Sales Pipeline Management Maintain CRM records and sales activities Manage opportunities from initial contact through project completion Develop accurate sales forecasts Achieve monthly and annual sales goals Qualifications Preferred Experience B2B Sales Business Development Church Technology Audio Visual Industry Low Voltage Systems Technology Sales Ministry Experience Church Leadership Experience Required Skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Relationship-building mindset Self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude Ability to work independently Excellent follow-up and organizational skills Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary Uncapped Commission Structure Mileage and Travel Reimbursement (where applicable) Professional Development Opportunities Advancement Potential Support from Experienced Technical and Installation Teams Top performers have the opportunity to earn well into six figures.
