Job Description
Job Description Gravitec Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Engineered Systems Specialist to support the continued growth of our Engineering Department. For 40 years, Gravitec has provided innovative engineering, consulting, training, testing, and equipment solutions that help protect people working at height worldwide. This position serves as a key connection between clients, Engineering, and Project Management, helping develop opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support the successful delivery of engineered fall protection solutions. We are particularly interested in exceptional candidates who can contribute to the continued growth of the business through business development, client engagement, proposal development, and consultative sales. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering and Project Management teams to understand customer needs, develop solutions, prepare proposals and quotations, and guide opportunities from initial engagement through project execution. Responsibilities Develop and maintain client relationships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Assist customers in defining project requirements and selecting appropriate solutions. Prepare proposals and quotations. Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management to support project development and execution. Maintain CRM records, opportunity pipelines, and sales forecasts. Represent Gravitec at industry events and trade shows as needed. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales and project development process. Support long-term client partnerships that foster repeat business and continued company growth. Qualifications Technical sales, engineering, construction, industrial safety, or related experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand and discuss engineered systems with customers. Experience managing opportunities from initial contact through project completion. Experience developing proposals, quotations, and customer-facing presentations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering and Project Management teams.
