We are the area's number 1 rated independent family owned car store on Google and have been in business for over 35 years. Every Sunday we are closed along with most major holidays. Job Description Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by determining their needs through proper investigative techniques. Presents appropriate vehicle features and benefits to all customers. Ensures all customers have the opportunity for a test drive and meets dealership standards for demonstration. Ensures every customer is offered figures on their trade and our vehicle. Ensures that the sales manager has an opportunity to meet each customer. Gathers a phone number and email address from every customer. Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager. Ensures sold vehicles are prepared for customers prior to delivery. Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork. Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Neat appearance. Good judgment.
