SuperGraphics is seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to support our growing sales team. This role is responsible for managing inbound leads, proactively generating outbound opportunities, supporting existing customer relationships, and helping drive revenue growth across a wide range of visual communication and branding solutions. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, customer-focused, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment where creativity and communication are valued. Inbound Lead Management Respond promptly to inbound inquiries generated through phone calls, email, website submissions, and marketing campaigns Qualify leads and identify customer needs, timelines, and project scope Coordinate with outside sales reps and internal teams to ensure seamless customer communication and project handoff Maintain accurate records of lead activity, pipeline updates, and customer interactions within CRM systems Outbound Prospecting & Sales Development Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up outreach to prospective customers Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and markets Build and maintain prospect lists through research, networking, and CRM activity Schedule meetings and introductory calls for outside sales representatives when appropriate Account Support & Customer Service Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Assist customers with product information, pricing requests, estimates, and order coordination Collaborate with project management, estimating, production, and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences Support customer retention and account growth initiatives Sales Activity & Performance Meet or exceed outbound activity goals and sales performance metrics Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions Continuously develop product knowledge related to graphics, signage, branding, and visual communication solutions Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, lead generation, and customer engagement Qualifications 1-2 years of sales, inside sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects Highly organized with strong time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software Positive attitude, coachability, and strong work ethic Preferred Traits Self-starter mentality with competitive drive Strong listening and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Interest in branding, marketing, graphics, or visual communications industries Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission opportunities Health and wellness benefits Paid time off and holidays Professional development and training opportunities Career growth potential within a growing organization
