In this energetic role, you will proactively connect with High School and College Coaches and Athletic Directors to promote our products, build lasting relationships, and drive sales growth. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, text and email campaigns to generate interest and close sales opportunities Support client needs by following up on leads, managing follow-up communications, and nurturing long-term relationships Provide timely and accurate quotes based on customer needs and budget Self-motivated to Network with current customers to find new opportunities to keep pipeline full Maintain accurate client records through diligent data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system updates Demonstrate strong phone etiquette, ensuring professional and positive interactions at all times Collaborate with team members to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that meet their requirements Assist clients through the order process, including cash handling when necessary, to ensure seamless transaction flow Ability to travel 3-5 times per year to showcase our products at Coaches ClinicsExperience Outbound sales background 3-5 years Love of sports preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Knowledge of the latest tech: video, iPads, wireless technology a plus Proven ability to perform data entry accurately with attention to detail while managing multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for daily operations. CRM and Quickbooks knowledge preferred but not required Experience in customer service or client support roles that involve active listening and problem-solving skills Knowledge of sales techniques, call etiquette, and analysis skills to identify opportunities for growth Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly when needed and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Full Time, In Office Base Salary $50,000-$55,000 with bonus opportunities, OTE $70-80
