We are currently seeking a driven, results-oriented Technology Sales Professional to join our growing team and help expand our presence in the marketplace. Position Overview As a Technology Sales Professional at Intermax Networks, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding relationships with small to mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large organizations. This is an outside sales role focused on identifying opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and closing new business for our Managed IT, Hosted Voice, and Business-Class Internet solutions. Key Responsibilities New Business Development Identify, prospect, and secure new business accounts within assigned territories and target verticals Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive customer acquisition for Managed IT and business-class Voice solutions Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and referrals Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including presentations, negotiations, and contract execution Account Management & Relationship Building Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers Assess customer needs and pain points to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction Sales Presentations & Negotiations Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective clients Create custom proposals and pricing based on customer requirements Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals Market & Product Expertise Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies Continuously build product knowledge to effectively position Intermax Networks' solutions Sales Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements:
Experience 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, IT, or technology services Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an outside or direct sales role Experience with hosted voice solutions preferred but not required Skills & Abilities Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a field-based environment Strong organizational and time management skills Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
