About the Opportunity N C Machinery is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Machine Sales in our Wenatchee location. In this role, you'll develop new business, build strong customer relationships, and help match customers with the right Caterpillar equipment solutions. You'll be the primary point of contact for your accounts—owning the relationship, the communication, and the results. You'll work alongside a team of experienced professionals while developing your own customer base and sales expertise. What You'll Be Doing Build and Grow Customer Relationships Serve as the primary contact for your customers Develop trust through consistent communication and follow-through Stay engaged and responsive to customer needs Drive Sales Activity Execute structured outbound call campaigns Identify opportunities and match customers with equipment solutions Qualify, propose, and close machine sales Develop Product Knowledge Learn Caterpillar machines and work tools through hands-on training Build confidence in recommending solutions that fit customer needs Manage Your Accounts Maintain accurate customer information Keep opportunities moving forward Stay organized and consistent in your outreach Stay Connected to the Market Monitor customer activity, competitive trends, and product performance insights that help strengthen your approach and results What Success Looks Like You'll succeed in this role if you: Enjoy talking with people and building relationships Stay consistent and disciplined in your daily activity Take ownership of your results Follow through on commitments Are a perpetual learner Balance a friendly, approachable style with a focus on outcomes Stay motivated by goals, progress, and earning potential What We're Looking For 2-3 years of business or customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication skills (phone and written) Comfortable working in a structured sales environment with clear expectations Ability to learn technical product information Strong organization and follow-through Proficiency in
