We are a well-established insurance agency that has been serving our community for many years. In this role, you will be the face of our insurance solutions, helping clients navigate their coverage options while building lasting relationships. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will empower you to identify client needs, present tailored insurance products, and deliver exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales career within a supportive environment that values initiative, integrity, and customer-centricity. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through networking and including community outreach. Be a strong communicator.
Sales-driven:
comfortable prospecting, following up, asking for the sale, and handling rejection. Positive attitude and willingness to lean.
Relationship-oriented:
Insurance is built on trust and long-term client relationships. Self-motivated by Sales and achieving goals. Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details. Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities. Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications for effective sales management. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client communication and relationship building.
