As the key contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the life cycle of the sale. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping customers succeed. Responsibilities and Duties Serve as the liaison for customers regarding quoting, sales orders, shipping inquiries, and quality concerns Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Qualifications / Knowledge, SkillsAbilities Prior experience with Sales in Broadband or Telecommunications Industry is required Excellent analytical, organization, and planning skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Prior experience in "NetSuite" or ERP system is a plus Process and detail oriented Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Self-starter; results/goal oriented Ability and willingness to learn Benefits 401k w/ Company match Medical, Dental, and Vision plans Life Insurance Short Term/Long Term Disability Paid Time Off/Vacation Sick Time Holiday pay PPE Continuing education/training opportunities ADA Physical / Visual / Mental Demands Position requires ability to work with little supervision; requires use of telephone and computer; exchange information verbally and in writing. Typical Working Conditions The person in this position will primarily work in our Green Bay office. Normal working hours are Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, and unique hours are sometimes required during special events. Other Factors Nature of Supervision Received Works under the general direction of the VP of Operations. Has discretionary authority within area of responsibility. Works independently within authority limits and experience level. Must establish priorities and independently set daily objectives to meet deadlines and address urgent situations as they occur. Judgement Exercised / Decisions Made Requires ability to comprehend and evaluate facts to arrive at decisions consistent with company standards and procedures. Thoroughness and accuracy are required to identify a problem and its solution when working with all parties involved. Financial Responsibility High attention to detail and accuracy when processing estimates/sales orders is required.
