Outside Sales Representative

This Role Our client, a well-established company within the building materials industry, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory throughout Western Wisconsin. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on both existing account management and new business development within the residential and commercial construction markets. Responsibilities Grow and manage an established sales territory Call on residential and commercial builders, contractors, and key accounts Develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships Serve as a trusted resource within the building materials market Partner with internal teams to ensure strong customer support and service Qualifications Building materials, lumber, hardware, or construction industry experience Proven outside sales and business development background Hunter mentality with strong relationship-building skills Self-starter who works well independently ERP/Epicor experience is a plus Compensation & Perks $80K base salary + commission structure Established territory with strong growth potential Long-term opportunity with a stable organization Strong support, flexibility, and autonomy within the role #

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
