Window Works, a Lifetime Home Services Company, is looking for a motivated, design-minded professional to join our team as a Designer in the Southeastern Wisconsin market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners, creating beautiful spaces, and building meaningful customer relationships while maximizing earning potential. As a Designer, you will conduct in-home consultations, help customers select custom window treatment solutions, and guide them through the design process to complete the look of their home. This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential, supported by company-provided leads and cross-selling opportunities. What You'll Do Customer Design & Sales Conduct in-home consultations and understand homeowner needs Design and recommend Custom Hunter Douglas Window Treatments Educate customers on products and create value-driven recommendations Present estimates and confidently close sales Business Development & Relationship Building Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing events Develop strong relationships with local stores and participate in partner marketing events (PKs) Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer experience and growth Territory Growth Manage a defined territory and sales opportunities Adapt sales strategies based on market demand and seasonality Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings Qualifications Design background preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Sales confidence and relationship-building ability Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license required High school diploma or equivalent If you're excited about design, sales, and helping homeowners create beautiful spaces, we'd love to hear from you.
