U.S. Tsubaki, a pioneer in power transmission and motion control products, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in upholding U.S. Tsubaki's reputation for exceptional service and technical leadership in delivering top-quality products including roller chains, engineering class chains, and sprockets to our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a keen ability to convert technical product features into tangible customer benefits. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability. Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively suggest suitable products from the U. S. Tsubaki catalog. Prepare and follow up on quotations to facilitate order conversions. Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues promptly. Manage and update client data in the CRM system. Collaborate with the external sales team to strategize on major accounts. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while enhancing customer satisfaction. Required Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong understanding of mechanical products specific to power transmission or related fields. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
