TAPCO:
The sales coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving regional revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. They are a key contributor in several core sales processes that facilitate Tapco's sales team to optimize performance. The successful candidate will be exposed to many aspects of customer engagement in an outcome-focused team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties listed may vary in terms of importance, and other duties may be added or eliminated as this position develops. Collaborate closely with sales teammates in the qualification and execution of marketing leads into sales opportunities. Support regionally aligned account executives with customer sales opportunities. Ensure all relevant data is updated within the CRM system accurately and promptly. Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including quotes, orders, and bids. Maintaining accurate and relevant data relating to customers, quotes, and orders in the ERP. Provide timely response to customer inquiries via phone and website interactions. Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Qualifications and Experience Two years or more, of sales or customer service position. Proven experience in a sales support or customer facing role, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Experience working with a CRM (preferred). Prior experience working within an ERP (preferred). Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment.
