Full Job Description Basic Function:
Responsible for developing new business, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within the Tool amp; Die and Manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Build amp; maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth. Manage leads, prospects, and the sales pipeline to meet sales targets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements. Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Principle Duties:
Maintain CRM opportunities and sales reporting. Conduct outbound sales calls and manage select customer inquiries. Provide critical customer and project information to estimators. Track sales activity and KPIs. Education amp;
Experience:
Skills:
strong communication, negotiation, and presentation inspection skills; manufacturing knowledge; proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Education/Training:
Bachelor#39;s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
5+ years of sales and client relationship experience in Tool amp; Die, Manufacturing or related industries; proven sales success and hands-on manufacturing experience.
Certification:
Valid driver#39;s license required.
