How we work — and how we don't. We're a team. Our salespeople help all clients, cover for each other, and help close one another's projects, because a great client experience is what we do. If you've been burned out by cutthroat, every-rep-for-themselves sales, this will be refreshing. About Wenz Wenz is a locally owned, family-operated furniture and design company in Green Bay — 25+ years in business, focused on one thing: an exceptional client experience from the first hello to the day the furniture is delivered and enjoyed at home. We're a small, tight-knit team where every role matters and your work is visible. Requirements What you'll do Our clients often arrive overwhelmed and worried about getting it wrong. Your job isn't to push product — it's to be the trusted guide who helps them feel confident about their space. The sale follows the trust. Day to day you'll: Welcome clients and build genuine rapport from the moment they walk in Understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget, and recommend the right furniture Help clients coordinate styles and picture a finished room (no design degree required — just a good eye) Follow up on open opportunities by phone, email, and in person Keep sharp product knowledge across our furniture lines and vendors Keep your area of the showroom organized and client-ready Partner with our Sales Support team to keep orders moving smoothly Who thrives here Warm and curious — listens more than they talk Motivated by results and by earning more as they grow Reliable and organized — follows through without being reminded Collaborative — helps teammates and pitches in Genuinely excited about home, design, or helping people Previous furniture, retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience helps, but isn't required. We've built strong performers from scratch. What we can't teach is work ethic, warmth, and the drive to be excellent. A few honest details On-site in Green Bay.
