• 7pm; Saturday 9am

We are looking for a Part-time Footwear Sales Consultant to join our team of dedicated employees who enjoys the challenge of working in face-to-face sales and is driven by success. Job Description:

Promote and support the high-quality Red Wing brand image through professional face-to-face selling. Providing each customer the Red Wing Ultimate Fit Experience. Enter customer information & sales into POS system, process payments, balance cash drawer & daily reporting Measure and fit every customer properly, every time. Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. Lead by example always

• hold self and others accountable.

Maintain proficiency with product knowledge and operating standards through continuous training

Qualifications:

1+ year(s) of face-to-face sales experience is highly beneficial, but we will train the right individual. Ability to be a team player

• learning from and encouraging others Ability to receive and understand coaching

Physical Demands:

• Lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, lacing shoes, and climbing a ladder.
