Sales Development Representative

What You'll Do As a Communications Consultant/Sales Development Rep, you'll build lasting relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver innovative technology solutions that help organizations operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Network with outside sources, vendors, and existing customers to identify new opportunities. Prospect and develop relationships with new businesses across key industries. Present and demonstrate BAYCOM's communication and security solutions to stakeholders. Develop technical proposals and installation plans in collaboration with engineering teams. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and new customers. Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
