Job Description

Sales Representative - SouthWest Territory Role can be based in the territory of California Are you a relationship builder who thrives on driving growth and making an impact? We're looking for a passionate Sales Representative to join our growing team and lead business development efforts across a key territory. This is more than just a sales job—it's a chance to represent a trusted brand, build meaningful client partnerships, and contribute to an exciting period of expansion. This role will manage a high-potential territory covering the SouthWest United States. You'll connect with customers and help them discover how our products and solutions can take their business to the next level.
What You'll Do:
Hunt and Close :
Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
Grow Key Accounts :
Nurture and expand relationships with existing customers by delivering tailored, solution-based selling that builds trust.
Showcase Our Value :
Present products and solutions with confidence—demonstrating features, benefits, and ROI in a way that resonates. Own the
Sales Cycle :
From lead to contract, manage every step of the sales process including proposals, negotiations, and closing deals. Hit the
Numbers :
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to company-wide growth goals.
Stay Sharp :
Keep a pulse on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform your sales strategy.
Deliver Excellence :
Provide outstanding support before, during, and after the sale—ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate Across Teams :
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align goals and improve the customer experience.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field), but a strong sales record speaks volumes too. Meat processing experience a plus. 1-3+ years of experience in B2B sales or related field; food or ingredient industry background a plus. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
