Sales Specialist training includes, but is not limited to, the following: Work with team members to develop your selling skills and deliver an exceptional experience. Professionally greet new and existing customers in person, by phone/text/email, to determine their needs. Train in-person and online to become a brand expert. Master dealership processes Provide customers with brand information, perform test drives, and vehicle walk-arounds. Learn how to demonstrate, display, and maintain vehicles. Maintaining a positive mindset Maintain knowledge of the entire inventory. This position offers the ability to grow into a full-time Sales Professional where you can earn $50,000
