Full Job Description Summary:

Our client based on the east side of Madison is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join their team! In this role you'll support customers during critical equipment needs by providing timely, accurate, and solution-focused service. This position is fully onsite, full-time hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and pay is $45,760-$54,080 depending on experience. Benefits offered.

Madison Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound sales and customer service calls with urgency and professionalism Process orders, including product selection, pricing, availability, and shipping details Document customer interactions accurately in systems Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve customer issues Track and follow up on quotes and customer requests Maintain purchase orders, inventory records, and pricing updates Support inventory processes and maintain an organized workspace Promote a positive, solution-focused customer experience

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting Sales or industrial/mechanical experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable using phones, computers, and learning new systems Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability #MMAS
