Build trust, uncover customer needs, and create a compelling reason to buy. Present customized cabinet refacing solutions that showcase value and inspire customers. Take accurate measurements and develop tailored proposals that align with customer goals. Confidently present pricing and financing options to overcome objections and move deals forward. Use our proven sales process to persuade, negotiate, and close deals. Take ownership of the sales process, drive results, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial consultation through signed agreement. Qualifications Previous in-home sales, outside sales, or business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience preferred Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Excellent communication and presentation skills Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to work afternoon, evening, and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evenings) Why Redo Cabinets?
