THE OPPORTUNITY

Gutter Tune Up is aggressively expanding our outside sales team in the Milwaukee area.

We provide:

Pre-qualified, exclusive leads delivered directly to you (no cold calling, no door knocking unless you want to) Fast commission payouts - get paid on what you close Industry-leading compensation structure: 10% base commission on all sales 50% profit override on margin above cost Monthly volume bonuses up to 2% (earn $4,000+ bonus on $200K month) Full product training on roofing and gutter systems Quick installation turnaround (within 1 week) = fast commissions One-call close model - go to the appointment, close the deal, move on Our top rep consistently does $200K+ in monthly sales volume and earns $30K+ per month.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want competitive, driven sales professionals who: Have a proven track record in sales (roofing/home improvement experience a plus, but not required) Can handle 2-3 in-home appointments per day Are coachable and hungry to learn our proven sales system Understand this is 100% commission - you eat what you kill Can consistently close at 40%+ on qualified leads Are comfortable with physical work (measuring roofs, climbing ladders for inspections) This is NOT for everyone. We have high standards. Our baseline expectation is $3,500 in Net Sales Per Lead Issued (NSLI). If you can't hit that consistently, this isn't your spot. But if you're a closer? You'll thrive here.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Month 1: Complete training, start running appointments, close your first deals Month 2-3: Hit baseline performance ($3,500 NSLI, $100K+ monthly volume) Month 6+: Join our top producers earning $200K+ monthly sales volume We track performance daily on a leaderboard. You'll know exactly where you stand, and so will everyone else. Competition drives excellence.

THE ROLE

Daily Activities:

Run 2-3 pre-qualified appointments per day (in-home consultations) Inspect property, measure roofing/gutters, identify problems Present solutions and pricing using our proven sales system Close deals on the spot (one-call close model) Submit completed contracts and job details for installation

Training Provided:

Week 1: Classroom training on products, pricing, sales process Week 2: Ride-alongs with Sales Manager and top performers

Ongoing:

Weekly team meetings, 1-on-1 coaching, continuous improvement

Schedule:

Expectation is to run 2-3 leads per day Monday-Saturday Appointments typically run 10am-6pm, some evening availability needed

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable using iPad/technology for contracts and CRM Able to climb ladders and access roofs for inspections Professional appearance and communication skills Available for training class starting late February 2026 Must pass background check No roofing experience required - we'll train you on everything you need to know. We care about your sales ability and work ethic, not your resume.
