Description Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant (English/Spanish)•Madison, WI Kunes Auto Group | Full-Time | $50,000•120,000+ per year Join one of the fastest-growing automotive dealership groups in the Midwest. Kunes Auto Group is actively hiring a Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant in Madison, WI to support our expanding customer base. If you are fluent in English and Spanish and thrive in a customer-focused sales environment, this is your opportunity to build a high-income career with uncapped earning potential.
Compensation & Schedule:
$15/hour base pay plus unit bonuses First-year average: $50,000•75,000 Top performers earn $100,000•120,000+ annually 45-hour work week with two days off
Key Responsibilities:
Assist English•and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle buying process Build relationships and deliver a consultative automotive sales experience Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, options, and financing Negotiate pricing and close vehicle sales Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business Maintain accurate CRM records and stay up to date on inventory and promotions
Requirements Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent
