Klinke Cleaners is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan Employee Discounts Medical and Dental Insurance Paid Time Off and Holidays Commission Based Bonuses Job Description Klinke Cleaners is looking to hire a Route Sales Representative (RSR) This position does offer a 4 day work week Monday-Thursday This is physical position consisting of receiving and delivering product from various locations on an established route while balancing exceptional customer service to our existing customers while meeting and exceeding individual's sales growth goals. A successful RSR will ensure quality standards and promptly solve customer concerns. They will grow their customer base and expand their sales territory through upselling/cross selling additional services and help guide customers to what they need. They will possess a strong understanding of Klinke's services, policies and pricing methods, and can accurately communicate these with their customers. Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with excellent driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service background with experience in route sales
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude committed to long term growth Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
• Indoor/Outdoor position with constant exposure to varying weather conditions and temperatures.
• Must be able to consistently lift and maneuver 25lbs, routinely enter and exit delivery vehicle, and load/unload product without assistance.
