Sales Support Specialist - Fleet

Van Horn Fleet is seeking a passionate individual with the drive to excel as a Sales Support Specialist !! If you're fueled by a love for automobiles and thrive on creating unforgettable customer experiences, we want you on our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Order and track new vehicles Collaborate with vendors to up-fit customer vehicles Manage standard builds for customers Develop new vehicle builds Prepare new vehicles for delivery Handle dealer trades for sold vehicles Open new fleet accounts for customers Track fleet order times and gather information from the factory Prepare necessary paperwork Build vehicle proposals for the BDRs (Business Development Representatives) Set pricing with final approval by the Fleet Director or the Business Development Representative Provide quotes for other FMC (Fleet Management Company) Other duties as assigned Why work at
