Job Description

We have a direct hire opening for a Sales Coordinator in Prescott, WI with a manufacturer that specializes in personal care, bath, skin care, and health and beauty products. This role supports customer accounts that use the company's manufacturing and product development services. You'll support smaller customer accounts that are placing production orders or moving through the product development process for new products. Some customers are placing repeat production orders for approved formulas and need updates on whether production runs are completed and shipping on time. Other customers are still in development and need support coordinating formulas, labels, pilot runs, samples, and documentation before the product moves into production. You'll support these accounts by reviewing order details, processing updates, tracking open orders, and coordinating with internal teams in Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to make sure everything is moving correctly through the process. You'll provide day-to-day communication and updates throughout the process, whether that means confirming a pilot run has been completed, letting a customer know their shipment is on track, or communicating delays or order-related issues that need follow-up. Support the Director of Sales and Senior Sales Coordinator with reporting, account updates, customer follow-up, internal meeting coordination, and operational support for larger strategic accounts. Pay and Schedule Information:
Pay:
$60k-$65k annually + 5% annual bonus incentive
Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 7:30 am-5 pm or 8 am-5:30 pm

Sales Coordinator:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned smaller customer accounts Provide day-to-day service, updates, and support to help customers stay informed on their orders and projects Support customers placing repeat production orders and customers moving through new product development Handle order updates, issue resolution, and timeline communication Process incoming purchase orders and help confirm formulas, packaging details, labels, and specs before production Coordinate with internal teams including Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to help move orders through production to final shipment Support new product setup in the ERP system, including BOM requests, spec sheet setup, and documentation updates under the guidance of the Senior Sales Coordinator Monitor open orders and help track whether customer orders are shipping on time and without shortages Maintain open order and on time and in full trackers for assigned accounts to monitor if customer orders are shipping on time and in full, and help escalate delays, shortages, or order issues that could impact delivery timelines. Help launch new products by coordinating intake information, sample shipments, timelines, and customer updates Coordinate internal follow-up for documentation, approvals, and order-related issues that could affect production or shipment timing Support the Director of Sales and Senior Sales Coordinator with reporting, presentations, meeting coordination, and operational follow-up for larger strategic accounts Participate in internal meetings with updates on account status, open orders, and customer needs Help maintain accurate records, documentation, and communication throughout the order process Benefits of the

Sales Coordinator:
Experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or order coordination in a B2B or manufacturing environment Comfortable managing multiple accounts, open orders, and timelines at once Strong communication and follow-up skills with both customers and internal teams Proficient with ERP software systems and Microsoft Office Ability to stay organized while supporting multiple projects and customer requests at the same time Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service Strong attention to detail and ability to keep documentation accurate and updated Be ready to learn how customer account management and order coordination functions inside a manufacturing environment
