Job Description
Diamond Transportation System, Inc., Racine, WI, has been in business since 1943. We are looking to expand our brokerage department with an experienced Freight Broker that can bring new customers and carriers to build upon our current customers and grow our brokerage team. We are looking for someone who can enhance and grow our flatbed customers. Responsibilities will include securing new customers, ensuring complete customer satisfaction-planning negotiating, contracting carriers for the transportation of awarded freight. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to handle stress with professionalism Required experience: Bachelor's degree Freight Brokerage, transportation or logistics: 3 years Experience using Transportation Management System (McLeod PowerBroker) Understand the process of determining a safe carrier according to the
