Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Rigs 4 Less. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, developing leads, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales and marketing; including Facebook, Craigslist, eBay, websites, attachments, parts, accessories, and inventory management.
Duties:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
  • Negotiate/close deals with customers
  • Brainstorm ideas to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, marketing, and/or inventory management
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Sales, marketing, and inventory management experience is a plus We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary, bonus opportunities, and paid lunch.
