Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Roofing Sales Representative and become a vital part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment! In this role, you will leverage your outside sales expertise to connect with homeowners, property managers, and business clients to provide top-quality roofing solutions. Your proactive approach and passion for business development will drive new customer acquisition, foster lasting relationships, and help expand our market presence. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills while making a tangible impact on clients' properties and safety. Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients. Conduct thorough product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate clients about roofing options, materials, and installation processes. Manage accounts effectively by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and upselling additional services or upgrades. Develop strategic business plans for territory management to maximize sales opportunities and ensure consistent growth within assigned regions. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for targeted marketing efforts. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals efficiently while maintaining profitability standards. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that boost lead generation and brand awareness in the local market. Experience Proven success in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales roles, preferably within the roofing or construction industry. Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management strategies. Familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking and customer relationship management is a plus Demonstrated ability in technical sales, product demos, and upselling techniques to increase revenue streams. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Experience in cold calling, direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales environments is highly desirable. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:
