Job Description
The Sales Administrator serves as a key operational support role within the sales organization, ensuring accurate order processing, customer support, CRM maintenance, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional coordination to support customer satisfaction and business growth. Sales & Order Management Process and verify customer orders for accuracy, pricing, delivery requirements, and customer-specific details. Coordinate order flow between sales, operations, production, logistics, and finance teams. Support quoting activities, order tracking, and customer follow-up communication. Assist with maintaining accurate order documentation and customer records. Customer Support & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation. Build strong working relationships with customers to support customer satisfaction and retention. Provide administrative and communication support to sales representatives and account managers. Respond professionally and promptly to customers, and internal requests. CRM & Data Management Maintain accurate customer records, pricing updates, sales activity, and account documentation within CRM and ERP systems. Update and maintain sales databases, contact lists, forecast information, and customer activity tracking. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, urgency, and professionalism. Skills and Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or administrative operations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, Epicor, Monday.com, SharePoint, or similar platforms preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sales environments preferred. #NEIND1
