The Job:

Provide support for a nationwide sales team by assisting with design and pricing of projects. Review client building designs for accuracy in function and price. An outgoing individual will assist in the training of the national sales team. Assist with the design of buildings in our proprietary 3D imaging software (DreamMaker). Participate in the testing and development team for future DreamMaker enhancements. Learn the post-frame and construction business from our corporate headquarters Assist with company-wide operations from the Verona corporate office Interact with our engineering staff for design, plans, and specifications Day-to-day variety with over 60 building models offered Work independently and take projects from start to finish Enjoy variety in your job (no two days are alike) Experience a sense of accomplishment Energetic, rewarding, fast-paced environment Opportunities for career growth in construction management

Qualifications:

Knowledge of the construction industry is essential Excellent communication skills College degree in business or construction field desired Motivated self-starter Great customer service and organizational skills Ability to think on your feet and take initiative Ability to work independently with little oversight High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to multi-task like a champion MS Outlook and Excel experience The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional teams
