At Sure-Dry, our Service Technicians are trusted advisors—not just technicians. We provide exceptional training, clear processes, and proven systems so you can confidently identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and create real value for homeowners while earning commission along the way. We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Service Technician who enjoys consultative selling, takes pride in performance, and knows how to turn service visits into long-term solutions. You'll run pre-scheduled maintenance appointments, perform detailed inspections, and identify and recommend upgrades that improve system performance, safety, and longevity—while delivering a true "WOW" homeowner experience. What You'll Do Run annual maintenance appointments with efficiency, confidence, and professionalism Conduct thorough inspections and identify consulting opportunities Educate homeowners and recommend smart system upgrades Present solutions clearly and ethically Work independently using proven processes and tools Deliver a high-trust, high-value customer experience Meet quality, performance, and sales expectations What We Provide Extensive hands-on training focused on systems and consultative sales Clear processes and structured systems Top-tier tools, equipment, and technology Competitive base pay with commission opportunities Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Company vehicle with gas card $200 annual boot allowance Supportive, people-first environment
Requirements:
Valid non-probationary driver's license and safe driving record Comfort working independently and managing a structured daily route Strong communication skills and confidence with homeowners Customer-first mindset with consultative sales focus Construction or trade experience preferred Consultative sales or upsell experience strongly preferred Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs.
