Salary Range:
$45,000.00 - $57,500.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Evenings Off Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or High School or equivalent with adequate practical experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A genuine interest in sales and business development. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to earn Wisconsin Property and Casualty licensing Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce our services. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
