Design Consultant

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, motivated and creative Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with choices on Windows, Entry Doors, Storm Doors and Siding through expert design advice and product recommendations. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective design solutions will be key to your success. You will work closely with clients on various projects on their home improvements. Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements. Provide expert advice on product selection, including materials, colors, and finishes. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Apply basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to window, door or siding project. Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the process. Engage in sales activities to promote products and services effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and new products to provide informed recommendations. Requirements Strong sales skills with a proven ability to sell design concepts and products. Experience in remodeling or related fields is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey design ideas.
