Sales Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. High income potential includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Travelling to Marion, Monongalia & Preston counties, as well as Southwest Pennsylvania is required. A valid drivers license and dependable transportation are required. Duties Engage in outside sales activities by visiting potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their needs. Develop and execute effective business strategies to generate new leads and expand market reach through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts. Manage existing accounts through proactive communication, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships. Utilize software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for strategic planning. Lead negotiations with clients to close deals efficiently while ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Develop promotional campaigns that enhance product visibility and drive sales growth. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining a positive brand image. Experience No prior sales experience is required. If you have the necessary basic skills and the right personality/attitude, we will train you from the ground up.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
