About Us Hammers Industries is a leader in manufacturing and repairing equipment for the steel industry. We specialize in custom fabrication, machining, welding, and engineered solutions for some of the largest steel producers in North America. Every project is different, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems and working in a fast-paced industrial environment. Position Summary We are looking for a highly organized, motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales / Project Coordinator . This position serves as the bridge between our customers, engineering, purchasing, and production teams. The ideal candidate enjoys communicating with customers, managing multiple projects at once, gathering information, and helping move jobs from quote to completion. While this position begins as an inside sales and project support role, there are significant opportunities for growth as the company continues to expand. Responsibilities Prepare customer quotations and proposals Communicate with customers regarding projects, schedules, and technical questions Coordinate projects from quotation through production Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors Assist with purchasing materials and tracking deliveries Work with engineering and production to ensure customer requirements are met Maintain accurate project documentation and customer records Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer inquiries Help identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer service Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Mechanical aptitude or experience reading drawings is a plus, but not required Experience in industrial sales, manufacturing, project coordination, or purchasing is preferred What We Offer Competitive salary 100% employer-paid Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance Exceptional profit-sharing retirement program that has consistently invested a significant percentage of employee earnings into retirement Paid vacation and holidays Stable, full-time employment with an established company Opportunities for advancement and professional development A team-oriented culture where your work directly impacts the success of the business

$50,000.00 - $77,500.00 per year
