ARS/Rescue Rooter seeks an In-Home Sales professional to visit residential customers, assess HVAC, plumbing, or electrical needs, and present tailored repair and replacement solutions. You'll run company-provided leads, perform on-site evaluations, build trust with homeowners, and close sales while meeting revenue and conversion goals. Collaborating with service technicians, you'll create accurate proposals and ensure smooth project handoffs. ARS/Rescue Rooter offers paid training, year-round work, and clear paths into sales leadership within a safety-first, customer-focused culture. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers to assess HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs Present repair and replacement options and provide accurate written estimates Run company-generated leads and follow up to maximize close rates Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate scoping and smooth job handoff Meet or exceed individual sales, revenue, and conversion targets Maintain detailed customer and sales records in CRM system Educate homeowners on product benefits, financing, and warranties Uphold safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction standards on every visit Required Skills In-home sales Residential construction knowledge HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems familiarity Lead qualification Customer relationship management Upselling and cross-selling Negotiation Sales closing techniques Basic math and estimating CRM software use
