Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. Your primary focus will be to assist customers in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs while building long-lasting relationships. If you have a passion for cars and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you! Duties Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Conduct thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and dealership policies. Support the sales team by following up on leads through cold calling and other outreach methods. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with financing options and payment plans. Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business. Collaborate with other departments within the dealership to enhance the overall customer experience. Skills Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales transactions. Experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably within the automotive industry. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with potential customers. Proficient in math skills, particularly retail math, to assist customers with financial calculations. Ability to provide effective sales support through follow-ups and lead management. A solid understanding of dealership operations and automotive products is a plus. Experience with cold calling techniques to generate new leads and opportunities.
