Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative We are currently looking for an outside commercial tire sales representative in our Martinsburg location. As an outside commercial sales rep you are responsible for growing sales in a defined territory. Your responsibilities are to learn our product lines, call on existing customers, and generate new business.

Job Requirements:

Maintain existing business and establish prospective business through value driven customer specific product and service recommendations; Utilize our internal software to build customer profiles, submit orders, and quote customers; Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations; Monitor local competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, and delivery and service capabilities; Always represent yourself and company professionally as well as maintain a professional appearance; Work closely and as a team player with store, distribution, and office support personnel; Self-schedule and manage time appropriately; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills; Excellent organizational skills as well as attention to detail; Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to self-start; This document is not a complete list of all tasks and functions.
