Position Summary Wholesale Tire Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Tire Sales Representative to join our team in Poca, WV. This role is responsible for building relationships with customers, processing orders, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, and providing product recommendations and support to tire dealers and commercial customers across the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, sales-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding tire availability, pricing, specifications, and delivery Generate outbound sales calls to grow customer accounts and increase sales volume Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Recommend products based on customer needs, applications, and inventory availability Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor inventory and communicate stock updates to customers Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly Stay informed on tire brands, product lines, industry trends, and seasonal sales opportunities Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations Maintain accurate customer and sales records within company systems Qualifications Previous sales, customer service, or tire industry experience preferred Knowledge of passenger, light truck, commercial, agricultural, or specialty tires is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning sales/order entry systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable work ethic and team-oriented attitude Preferred Skills Tire industry or automotive aftermarket experience Experience with wholesale distribution or inside sales Ability to upsell and identify customer opportunities Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills C ompensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance and benefits package Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Stable, family-oriented company with over 75 years of industry experience Work Location Poca, West Virginia Apply Today Join a company with deep roots in the tire industry and a reputation for dependable service throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
