Job Description

If so, this role is for you. We're looking for motivated, customer-focused Retention Specialists to join our team and help customers stay connected to the products and services they value. Must have 1 year of Sales experience. What You'll Do Engage with customers through inbound and outbound retention calls Promote and retain company products and services Negotiate and process save/service order requests with confidence Deliver exceptional customer service on every call Communicate clearly about fees, policies, and account adjustments Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions Follow structured call flows to ensure a smooth customer experience Demonstrate strong active listening and problem-solving skills Meet key performance goals including call quality, retention rate, and customer satisfaction
