Automotive Sales ConsultantCrown Subaru of Wheeling & Crown Volkswagen of WheelingWheeling, WV Join the Crown Auto Group Team! Crown Auto Group is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team at Crown Subaru of Wheeling and Crown Volkswagen of Wheeling . Whether you're an experienced automotive salesperson or looking to start a rewarding career in sales, we provide the training, inventory, and support needed to succeed. As a Sales Consultant , you'll help customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from vehicle selection and test drives to delivery and follow-up. You'll build relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers in a professional manner Help customers select the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Learn and stay current on Subaru and Volkswagen products and features Work closely with management and finance teams to complete sales transactions Maintain accurate customer and sales records Meet individual and team sales goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Previous sales experience is preferred but not required Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate What We Offer Competitive commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential Paid training and ongoing professional development Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Employee vehicle purchase program Career advancement opportunities within Crown Auto Group Why Crown Auto Group?
