Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers in person and over the phone with automotive parts inquiries and product selection Process cash, credit card, and other sales transactions accurately Use electronic and paper catalog systems to locate parts and provide up-to-date product information Explain product features, benefits, warranties, and related services to customers Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment Support store operations as needed, including stocking and organizationQualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years of age Previous automotive parts experience or general automotive knowledge preferred ASE certification is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/catalog systems Flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred Skills:
