, In Gillette, WY is looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team. If you are a results-driven sales professional, and have a solid understanding of snowmobiles, ATVs, SXSs, DIRT and STREET motorcycles, we want to hear from you. The main responsibilities and tasks of this role include: Providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining strong integrity and ethics Following the sales process (greeting, qualifying, product presentation, etc.) Providing excellent customer service and ensuring an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer. Managing and growing the customer database (incoming leads, follow-up calls & emails, etc.) Creating and managing of personal marketing strategies via Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Understanding customer needs and providing them with a complete solution to any concerns. Manages customer concerns and problems in a prompt manner. Deals with challenging situations in a professional manner. Ensure a clean and professional-looking showroom, including effective display, organization, and cleaning of units.
