Job Description

Job Overview:
We are a fast-growing freight brokerage focused on delivering reliable, efficient logistics solutions across the U.S. Our team is built on strong relationships, industry expertise, and a results-driven approach. We're looking to expand with experienced freight brokers and sales professionals who can bring immediate value. We are seeking motivated Freight Brokers and Freight Sales Representatives with at least 2+ years of experience in the logistics industry. This role is ideal for individuals who can manage freight, develop new business, and maintain strong client relationships—especially those with an existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with shippers and carriers Source, negotiate, and book freight loads Grow and maintain your own book of business Identify and close new sales opportunities Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery Resolve issues and provide high-level customer service Maintain accurate records in TMS and CRM systems Collaborate with internal team members to optimize operations
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of freight brokerage, logistics, or freight sales experience Existing book of business strongly preferred Proven track record of generating revenue and closing deals Strong negotiation and communication skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment Familiarity with TMS platforms and load boards
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary, straight commission or draw (based on experience, negotiable) High commission structure with uncapped earning potential Performance-based bonuses Flexible work environment (depending on role) Growth opportunities within a scaling company
