Up to 40 Hours/ Week The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next Field Admin. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. Field Admin Job Responsibilities:
Set up files for new construction projects and maintain all job files Participates in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets and other documents Perform daily timekeeping function for employees Work as liaison between clients, project management, and employees to service the needs of each Work with various departments in the corporate office to ensure accurate and timely reporting and billing Other general office duties Benefits - Company subsidized health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, paid vacation
Field Admin Job Skills:
Proficient in use of 10-key calculator Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel Must be extremely reliable and able to deliver on a deadline Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Ability to organize and manage multiple projects, accurate in work, quick learner
Experience and Requirements:
