Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coaching Lead, coach, and develop a team. Attain individual and team revenue and customer targets. Conduct daily and weekly sales huddles focused on KPIs, pipeline health, and activity expectations. Perform ride-alongsand field coaching to improve closing skills, inspection quality, and customer experience. Ensure CRM compliance,accuratedocumentation, and consistent follow-up cadence. Provide performance feedback and ongoing skill development. Partner with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Individual Sales Execution Maintain an individual monthly revenue quota. Conduct inspections, prepare proposals, and close residential and/or commercial accounts. Manage personalpipeline, follow-up cadence, and territory planning. Represent the company at community events, networking opportunities, and partner meetings. Reporting & Accountability Track team KPIs including lead conversion, inspection rate, close rate, revenue, and activity metrics. Provide weekly performance summaries to the Sales Manager. Ensure adherence to company sales processes, pricing guidelines, and brand standards. Report directly to the Sales Manager. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with operations, customer service, and marketing tooptimizelead flow and customer experience. Communicate field insights to leadership to improve processes, pricing, and service offerings. Qualifications 2+ years of pest control or home services sales experience (preferred). Prior leadership, team lead, or mentoring experience. Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial pest control sales cycles. Proficiencywith CRM systems and structured sales processes. Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and ability to work in the field. Why Join the PestCo Team?
