This is an opportunity to work closely in a hands on environment where you will learn real world business operations, negotiation, customer coordination, and vehicle acquisition and resale processes. This position is ideal for someone who is hungry to grow, wants to learn the car industry, and is willing to take direction while also becoming more independent over time. Responsibilities Assist with daily business operations related to vehicle buying and selling Coordinate with customers, sellers, and service providers Help organize vehicle listings, follow ups, and scheduling Support transportation, pickup, and drop off coordination when needed Assist with basic administrative and communication tasks Take direction and execute tasks efficiently and accurately Help identify opportunities to improve workflow and sales performance Ideal Candidate Strong work ethic and dependable attitude Willingness to learn the automotive sales and flipping industry Good communication skills in person and over phone or text Ability to follow instructions and also think independently Comfortable in a fast moving, deal based environment Experience in automotive, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required Must be motivated by growth and earning potential Compensation Pay will depend on experience and performance Opportunity for increases based on reliability and results Bonus potential available for successful deals and contributions What We Offer Hands on training in automotive buying and sales Real exposure to deal making, negotiation, and business operations Opportunity to grow into higher responsibility and income roles Fast paced environment with real earning potential based on performance How to Apply Send a short message about your experience, why you are interested, and what motivates you.
