As an Entry Level Frontier Assistant, you'll focus specifically on promoting and selling Frontier Fiber Internet, helping customers upgrade to faster, more reliable connectivity. This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role where you'll build confidence, develop closing skills, and gain real experience in a performance-driven environment. What You'll Do as an

Entry Level Frontier Assistant:

Engage directly with customers through provided leads and outreach efforts to promote Frontier Fiber Internet services. Present fiber internet packages, clearly explaining speed, reliability, pricing, and current promotions to drive sales. Close sales by guiding customers through the enrollment process and ensuring accurate account setup. Track your sales activity, follow up with interested prospects, and maintain organized records using internal systems. Handle objections confidently and turn conversations into completed fiber internet enrollments. Collaborate with your team to improve messaging, increase conversions, and hit sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus. Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not required—we provide training. Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present and sell a product. A results-driven mindset with the motivation to meet and exceed sales goals. Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-based sales environment. Coachable, competitive, and eager to grow within a sales-focused team.
