This role blends face-to-face customer interaction, sales responsibilities, and hands-on leadership training, preparing you to lead teams and drive territory sales performance as you advance. As an Entry Level Management Associate, you will begin in a customer-facing, sales-driven capacity learning how to support Frontier and Verizon customers with internet and mobile plan activations while generating new sales. Through structured mentorship and coaching, you'll gradually take on responsibilities in training others, overseeing daily sales performance, and supporting small team operations. Core Functions of the Entry Level Management Associate Engage face-to-face with customers to explain internet features, assist with service inquiries, and guide customers toward solutions that fit their connectivity needs while supporting sales opportunities. Handle device activations, internet service upgrades, and troubleshooting to support consistent sales performance and customer satisfaction. Develop leadership abilities by learning how to train new team members, set daily sales goals, and model effective communication in the field. Assess customer connectivity needs and recommend Frontier's internet service and Verizon's wireless products and services, converting conversations into sales. Maintain accurate CRM records by documenting interactions, tracking resolutions, recording completed sales, and analyzing customer feedback to improve retention and service quality. Participate in ongoing management training focused on coaching, sales performance tracking, territory planning, and developing operational excellence. Collaborate with supervisors and peers to escalate complex issues, share best practices, and contribute to a growth-oriented, sales-driven environment. Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Management Associate Experience in customer service, sales, leadership roles, or team coordination is an advantage but not required, we provide full training in sales and customer engagement. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate concerns and build trust with customers during sales conversations. Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment and learning how to manage day-to-day sales operations. Ability to learn CRM tools, product information, and sales workflow systems quickly. Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Management Associate Adaptable under pressure and confident when managing multiple customer interactions and sales opportunities. Shows natural leadership traits, initiative, accountability, and a desire to mentor others in sales development. Communicates clearly and professionally, ensuring customers understand every step of their service setup and sales process.
